See you at the Asian Festival of Children's Content!

I hope to see you all at the Asian Festival of Children's Content in the Arts House, Singapore!

On May 25, 5:30 – 7 p.m., I will be part of a panel discussion on the kidlitosphere and using the kidlitosphere to build a nation of readers, with Corinne Robson, associate editor of PaperTigers.org, and Dr. Myra Garces-Bacsal founder of GatheringBooks.org. On May 27, 3:45 – 4:45 p.m., I will be facilitating "The Engineering and Publishing Genius of Pop Up Books" by Andrew Yeo of Tien Wah Press. On May 28, 11:45 – 12:45 p.m., I will be facilitating "The Future of Media in Children’s Education" by Elvina Lopez-Bautista, the founder of The Knowledge Channel Foundation Inc., and 4:45 – 5:45 p.m., I will be facilitating "Teaching Prediction Strategies Using the Short Film" by Dr. Dennis Yeo.

The International Book Giving Day team is delighted to announce that Marianne Dubuc is the illustrator behind 2017’s official poster.
